I am a caring and sensitive therapist who is there to help you with your needs. I am easy to talk to and a very good listener. I will interact with you verbally and give you feedback. We work to gether as a team to achieve your goals in likr. We do this in a comfortable non-threating envirnment, at your pace and when you are ready. I am a eclectic therapist utilizing cognitive therapy, EMDR, mediatation and what ever approach that I find necessary to take care of your emotional needs. One could view me as a Life Coach because of the rich life experiences that I have had. Within the last year I survived triple by-pass surgery. This experience enhanced my life because it allowed me to bcome more compassionaate than before. I understand first hand the depression, anxiety and the trauma to one's soul that is part of this process of healing.
